I apologize that I influenced a change in date to avoid a conflict in the
February SPI-4 working group meeting. I have just had a high priority conflict
arise and will not be able to make the new date either. I would be able to make
it if the SPI-4 had the first slot in the week. But there may be diminished
enthusiasm to change again.
