The following updates have been placed on the T10 website.

PLEASE REVIEW AT LEAST 99-144r1, SINCE IT CREATED SIGNIFICANT
DISCUSSION AT THE MEETING ABOUT THE DETAILS OF THE TEXT.  There was
little dissension about the need to make the changes.

Please review 99-147r0, since it removes a function that one designer
has suggested may have alternative uses.

Please review 99-158r1.  I will be including it in FCP-2 unless someone
requests further review in the next few days.
