The following documents have been posted to the FC web-site:

99-433v0.pdf	This document proposes the removal of Operation
Associators and the associated Invalidate OX_ID
function. This meets my action item of indicating what
changes are required in FC-FS to comply with this
		approved proposal.

This has already been included in FCP-2 and has
been authorized for FC-FS. It will be discussed
		in the FC-FS meeting.

99-434v0.pdf	This document proposes the removal of Process
Associators in both FCP-2 and, independently, in
FC-FS. I believe that these do not work correctly
in FCP-2. The work spent in repairing this mostly
useless (or at least unused) function is better spent
on other FCP-2 recovery activities. In FC-FS,
the inclusion of this function is again mostly useless,
but since there are no protocols that use it
correctly, leaving it in would probably have no
effect until someone foolishly attempted to use it.

This has been discussed in the FCP-2 meeting and mentioned
in the FC-FS meeting. It will be discussed and optimistically
		approved in both meetings.

99-435v0.pdf	This document proposes the removal of the data
compression algorithm because it does not compress
data for the most critical and interesting functions,
transfer of encrypted data, compressed file data, and
		compressed multi-media data.

This has been mentioned in the FC-FS meeting. It will be
discussed and optimistically approved in the FC-FS meeting.
