I concur.  It really does include selection since the selection method has
changed ever so slightly.

Besides, this is the accepted acronym for Ultra-3 in STA.

In a purist mood the SPI-3 editor apparently changed the QAS acronym to
QA.
As far as I know there were no votes on doing this. The reason for the
change is explained in the SPI-3 working group minutes. But QA is a
confusing acronym readily recognized as Questions and Answers. We would be
better served to retain the original QAS acronym.
