The Last T10/STA Meeting of this Millennium

T10/STA Members,

The Last T10/STA Meeting of this Millennium will be hosted by Adaptec.  

It turns out that November 2000 is kind of a offset month with Thanksgiving
coming early.  As currently scheduled that puts the the T10/STA meeting the
week before Comdex, which in turn is the week before Thanksgiving.  Several
folks have indicated that they do not want the T10/STA meeting immediately
prior to Comdex.

As it turns out that week is not entirely available at the Seaside, CA
location.  The prior week is, October 30 through November 3, 2000.  I have
reserved this week and request a meeting change at the next plenary.

So for the 21st century my suggestion is to adopted a guideline that the
T10/STA meeting will occur three weeks prior to Thanskgiving week.  This
seems to be where we wind up anyway.  

October 29 through November 2, 2001
November 4 through November 8, 2002
November 3 through November 7, 2003

I will get the meeting announcements out as soon as practical following
approval at T10 so you can get your reservations in early.
