I have transferred T10/99-325r2 to the chairperson of T10 for posting
on the web-site.  It should be up any time now.  I will be updating
FCP-2 to revision 4 based on that document, and will post any
additional questions or issues I encounter on e-mail, documenting the
actual changes in a future revision of 99-325.
