Hello,

At the last T10/T11 joint FC-TAPE working group meeting it was
though that this document would be ready to request a First Letter
Ballot at the next T11.3 & T11 plenary meetings. The T11/98-124vB
document has been uploaded by our editor today, thus it should meet
the two week rule. Please be prepared to vote on this at the upcoming
meetings.
