Bob is correct as that is the bit that is defined for LUN reset in the TASK
MANAGEMENT FLAGS field of the SPI command information unit in SPI-3.

For the LUN Reset value, use byte 2, bit 4 of the FCP_CNTL field.
The bit is currently reserved.
