I have placed SAM-2 revision 9 on the FTP site in

   /pub/standards/io/t10/drafts/sam2/sam2r09.pdf

SAM-2 revision 9 contains a first attempt at making the multi-port
model match the 'one device per port' model discussed at the end
of the July SAM-2 review meeting.  This is only a first attempt and
I have been somewhat rushed in preparing it.  So, you all feel free
to bring lots of additions and corrections to the Monday SAM-2 review
in St. Pete Beach.
