The accepted QAS proposal defines <<Bus Propogation delay - 200 ns
maximum>>. But SPI-2 defines <<a maximum propagation delay of 135 ns for
the entire bus.>> Did T10 change the 135 ns to 200 ns or should the
accepted proposal be "135 ns" or alternatively should it be "QAS
Propagation delay"?
