A couple of bugs have been reported in SAM-2 revision 5.  They bothered
me enough that I made a SAM-2 revision 5a and put it on the T10 FTP site 
in:

    /usr/spool/ftp/pub/standards/io/t10/drafts/sam2/sam2r05a.pdf

Remember, I'm planning to discuss sever editor's notes in SAM-2 at the May 
working group meeting, with a goal of reaching resolution.
