The ANSI editor questioned the sense of the following sentence/paragraph:
"If the report updated block read parameter specifies posting of recovered
errors for a read operation of a logical block that has had a successful update
operation performed, occurs the command shall terminate with a CHECK CONDITION
status and the sense key shall be set to RECOVERED ERROR with the additional
sense code set to UPDATED BLOCK READ."
The sense is terrible and a key word is misleading so I have corrected it with
the following editorial change:
"If the report updated block read (RUBR) bit specifies posting of recovered
errors for a read operation of a logical block that has had a successful update
operation performed, and a recovered error occurs the command shall terminate
with a CHECK CONDITION status and the sense key shall be set to RECOVERED ERROR
with the additional sense code set to UPDATED BLOCK READ. See 7.1.4.4 for a
description of the RUBR bit."
