SBP-2: Async Logout with active stream

To create a stream, we must first login (async login) and then
issue the create stream.

Now, if after doing the above, I log out the original async
connection, what happens to the isoc stream?

Some solutions:

a)  don't allow logout if the stream still exists.  Force the
initiator to logout any stream(s) first and then the async
connection.

b)  kill the isoc stream(s) at the same time as the async
connection.  :-)

c)  kill the async connection but keep the streams alive.  :-(
