When is something SCSI-3

Asked the question of what standards must be complete before SCSI-3
can be claimed in Inquiry.

I suggest the a device be able to claim to be SCSI-3 when all the standards
relating to that device are complete.  For example a disk drive that supports
a Fast-20 interface would be able to claim it is SCSI-3 when the following
standards are complete: SBC, SPC, SAM, SIP, SPI, and Fast-20.

Of course there is always the question of when is a standard 'complete'!!
