For the most part, I expect that the SPI-2 Working Group Meeting October
10th in St. Petersburg Beach, FL will focus on identifying issues related
to unifying the SPI, Fast-20, and SPI-2 documents. Larry Lamers compiled
the following list at last week's SPI-2 editing session:
1) Active negation map (see X3T10/95-295)
2) SE termination, max/min current & sinking of current (see
X3T10/96-221r1)
3) Leakage spec increased for LVD
4) Glitch filtering
5) Latching & counting - require that they be a monatomic action for hot
plugging
6) Ground - power, logic & ground drivers (25-pin power & ground
connected)
7) 16 or 32 devices? 32-bit data path?
8) Case 4 hot plugging
If you know of other issues that should be on the list, please let me
know.
John
