4.8 SPI-2 Document Review

Term power - LVD should interoperate with single-ended.  
May operate down to 3.0 volts, open system requires 4.0 
volts.  Change in philosophy from what is sourced to what is 
delivered to terminator.  Needs to be reviewed for next 
meeting.  Allows use of term power for other than 
terminators.  Proposed 1000 mA for two LVD terminators at 3 
volts.
