        We would like to offer two possible sites for the meetings 
     scheduled for the week of January 6, 1997.  Please review the 
     following and send any input that you might have to Mary Turco at 
     mturco at qntm.com or call her at 1-408-324-7201.  We hope to announce 
     the final decision for the location at the July meetings in Colorado 
     Springs.
