There will be an editing session on SPC , authorized by X3T10, on 17 and 18
April in the San Jose area.
If you wish to participate in this session you have two options.
1) Send detailed editorial comments to the reflector including a quoted
solution to the comment that can be cut and pasted.
2) Come in person with detailed editorial comments and solutions that can
passed by sneaker net and cut and pasted. For this option see RSVP requirements.
The editing session on SPC is an open meeting hosted by Seagate in a modest
size meeting room. The agenda for this meeting is limited to the single item of
working on editorial review and revision of SPC. Technical issues are not on
the agenda and will not be subject to changes in SPC at this session. Some
knowledge of Word Perfect is desirable as well as typing skills. Although this
is an open meeting, the location for the meeting is available only by RSVP. See
RSVP requirements.
RSVP requirements: If you wish to participate in person at the editing session
of SPC send an Email to gene_milligan at notes.seagate.com stating that you plan
to attend the meeting. Meeting location information will be provided by return
Email to the address found in your Email. As a practical matter Emails sent
after 12 April may not receive a reply in time to arrive at the meeting.
