After careful review by Dave James, the documents have received some minor
clarifications.  I hope I got them all right.  To the best of my knowledge,
these documents are now complete and authoritative.  I will be working with
IEEE to get the tutorials posted to their web page.

The latest revision of the documents are available by ftp on
playground.sun.com in the directory pub/IEEEID

The documents are available in raw frame format and in post-script.
