Proposal for discussion during the November X3T10 SCSI Working Group

SCSI-3 now allows a task set to contain tagged as well untagged tasks. In SIP,
however, there is currently no way to abort _just_ the untagged task. An ABORT
command issued to the I_T_L nexus performs an ABORT TASK SET.

Modify SIP so that an ABORT TAG issued while an I_T_L nexus is active will abort only
the untagged task.
