P1285 Letter Ballot

Gentlemen:  

I have received my IEEE Letter Ballot for P1285 along with a hardcopy of the
document.  
The document is available at http://sunrise.scu.edu/P1285Home.html or on the
ftp site scizzl.scu.edu in /pub/P1285.  The postcript file is p1285.d1.0.ps.

If you prefer a hard copy and send a request to me by Friday I will mail you
a review copy.  I am willing to attach your comments to my letter ballot if
you follow the IEEE guidelines for comments.  The comments by 8/31/95,
