SCSI-2 spec hardcopy

You folks may be interested to know that the SCSI-2 spec shipped by ANSI
is bound, while the Global Engineering Documents version is loose and fits
in a nicely dressed up binder with which it comes (under separate cover).
However, the 3 rings in this unnecessarily thick binder make it difficult
to turn the pages and go from front to back quickly.  A nice approach,
but unfortunately impractical.  You make the decision which version you
want, but just so everyone would know....
