Noting from the minutes :
>A motion to forward 94-099 failed 20:4:0:35 due to lack of a majority of the
>committee voting in the affirmative.  John plans to issue a letter ballot on
>the forwarding motion.
 
 I think X3T10 should again consider adopting a rule that attendance requires
responding to all roll call votes.
