Sorry, but there is no draft document yet.  It is expected that this document
will be based on the SCSI-2 Scanner Command Set with various extensions.
You can ftp SCSI-2 from ncrinfo.ncr.com in the /pub/standards/scsi2 directory
or you can purchase a paper copy from Global Engineering Documents as 
described in the attached document.
