Identiy Messages for RAID

Gene,

The only changes required for the Identify message is that the LUN field
be extended to 6 bits (5 - 0).  The requirements that where initially
thought to be required were changed to eliminate the hardware changes
required for the orignal proposal.  The new solution is described in
doc. no. 94-031r2 which was in the last mailing.  Maybe we will have to
take another vote to undo the original vote!
