FC-AL Ad Hoc dates

I neglected to include the dates for the FC-AL Ad Hoc meetings:

  Tues Jul 12
  Tues Aug 9
  Tues Sep 6
  Tues Oct 4

All of them are in Denver at the Red Lion Stapleton, 830a-6pm.  My
goal is to complete all profile work for open and closed loop by
October.
