GPP Project Proposal Letter Ballot Reminder

I've received about half of the X3T10 letter ballots on forwarding the 
modified GPP project proposal (to make GPP a technical report instead
of a standard).  The ballot forms were mailed directly to all X3T10
principal members in late May.  Copies of the ballot forms (94-124)
were also included in the X3T10 mailing (page 463).

If you are a voting member of X3T10 and you haven't returned your ballot
form, please fax or mail it to me so I have it on or before July 7, 1994.
