ACA handling for "temporary initiators"

Folks,

I prefer option C, not specified in your document.  Essentially,
option C says that once a part-time initiator has accepted
responsibility to perform a command, it gets to perform all of
the command, including those ACA error recovery operations 
required to complete an operation.

Of the two options, A is the only acceptable one, but even it
has its problems, because the knowledge of the system required
and assumed by all components is very significant.  The knowledge
of the system is also not standardized, so the system becomes
very closed.
