ATA Meetings and Tom Hanan's suggestion

I prefer the ATA Working Group meetings to be held in the Bay Area and Southern
California. I think that this will resolve most of the objections - especially,
considering the fact that every second month we're holding a working group
meeting with the ANSI Plenary that is well distributed geographically.
