T11 Document Numbers

T11/yy-nnnVv

where,

yy is the last two digits of the current year,
nnn is the nth document of the year, and
v is the version number.

So the first version of the 99th document in 1998 would be numbered: T11/98-099V0 and the file name would be: 98-099v0.xxx, where xxx identifies the file type (e.g., 'pdf' for Portable Data Format files).
