[T10] Changing Sept '17 T10 Week Dates

News has been received regarding (not one but) two conflicts with the
September 2017 T10 Week dates, and as a result, a change is strongly
recommended.

  * Unless a change is made, T10 will have to slice its International
Representative in half so that he can be present at both the ISO/IEC
    SC 25 meetings and CAP.
  * Those members with presentations to make at the 2017 SNIA Storage
Developers Conference will need to effect similar extraordinary
    measures.

In order to keep the number of organizations shuffling their calendars
to a minimum, the Micron host of the September 2017 T10 Week has agreed
to move the festivities to 18-22 September (which is one week later than
the current calendar shows).

A motion to formalize this change will be on the docket for the November
T10 Plenary.

If anyone is aware of addition considerations that should affect the
choice of the September 2017 T10 Week, now would be a good time to step
forward and this forum would be a fine place to do so.

All the best,

.Ralph
