Hello,
I have a query regarding unit attention condition in device.
Could you please confirm that following understanding is correct or not:
(1) In case of reset, a unit attention condition occurs and for that if
device receives "TEST UNIT READY" command then it sends response with status
field "CHECK CONDITION" and additional sense code field "RESET".
For next "TEST UNIT READY" command, device will sends response with
status field "GOOD". Is it correct?
(2) In case of device gets reset two times (RESET -> NORMAL state and No
command transmission -> RESET -> Command transmission) and then it receives
"TEST UNIT READY" command. So for it, device sends response with status field
"CHECK CONDITION" and additional sense code field "RESET".
For next "TEST UNIT READY" command, will it send response with "GOOD" status
or send response with status field "CHECK CONDITION" and additional sense
code field "RESET"?
Please provide your valuable inputs.
Thank you.
Thanks,
Munjal Mistry
