Query regarding response of MODE SENSE10 command

The "changeable values" only apply to parameter bytes within a mode page.
The contents of the Mode Parameter header, Block Descriptor (if any), and
the first few bytes of each mode page (the Page Code, Subpage Code, Page
Length, PS bit, and SPF bit) are the same for all values of the PC field.
