The SMR study group telecon (and webex) started at 12:00 noon Central Time.
Attendees were as follows:

The agenda was a repeat of material covered at the May 10 SMR study group
meeting and incuded:
13-142r0 - SMR Study Group Goals
13-148r0 - SMR technology overview
13-143r1 - Cooperatively Managed SMR proposal
There was very littile discussion of the proposals themselves, over and
above the presentation material.
Gerry Houlder (Seagate) announced that the next SMR Study Group meeting is
set for July 18, 3:30 pm Mountain Time, at the July T10 meetings. Seagate
will also host a webex of this meeting. Webex information will be announced
on the T10 reflector in a separate email.
Calvin Chen (Microsoft) indicated that there is an internal review of the
SMR material going on in his company and he expects to present some
opinions about this approach at the July 18 meeting.
Curtis Stevens (WD) indicated that his company will present another SMR
approach at the July 18 meeting. He may also have a live demonstration of
that approach.
The meeting adjourned at 1:35 pm Central time.
