I agree that "Name Address Authority" was the original intent for NAA. It
appears that someone did an incomplete job of changing it to "Network
Address Authority". Perhaps this goes back to a time when we thought "name"
was a different thing than this, so this acronym needed a different title.
I think it should change back to "Name Address Authority".
