Note a needed to be updated with the 12Gbps exception.	It is intentional to
keep the JTF 3 dB corner frequency the same for 6 Gbps and 12 Gbps.
In the meeting minutes from October 25, 2012 you will find the following
statement.

"The JTF has not changed with the speed change, so the assumptions and data
in this proposal may still apply at 12G."
The topic being discussed on October 25th had to do with SSC issues and your
question had to do with the spec "without SSC support". 
The committee decided to keep the JTF the same for 6 Gbps and 12 Gbps based
on the reduced SSC deviation. We then applied this approach to the "without
SSC support" case as well.

Referring to sas3r05a.pdf, it appears there is a discrepancy in Table 33 (JTF
parameters).
"Note a" clearly states that the JTF 3dB point should be at fbaud/1667 across
all data rates.
However, under the "trained without SSC support 12Gbps" column of Table 33,
the JTF 3dB point is listed as 3.6MHz. This is in conflict with note a, which
would indicate a 3dB frequency of 7.2MHz.
Is this a copy/paste error, or is the JTF 3dB frequency really the same
between 6Gbps and 12Gbps rates?
