A new version of the transmitter training proposal has been posted. It is now
complete as the coding description as been added. That will be the main
discussion point in tomorrow's call.
Revision 6 - Added the following:
a) fixed the Control/Status TTIU table. The 3 coefficient requests should
have been named Coefficient
Request byte. There is no need to label the 3 coefficient statuses;
b) changed the name of the encoding from Differential Manchester to Bi-phase
Mark Code (BMC) which is
a more accurate name for the code being used;
c) added the BMC section to the proposal (see 5.3);
d) allow the scrambler to be reinitialized at the end of Train_Tx-SNW;
