A new version of the transmitter training proposal (11-036r5) has been
posted. It includes the following changes. 
Revision 5 - Accepted the markups indicating changes from revision 4 that
were made to the new sections.
Added the following:
a) made editorial fixes requested on the 5/25 transmitter training conference
call;
b) added a section that describes the phy's transmitter initial conditions;
c) added a cancel message from PTT_R to the PTT_GCx state machines that is
sent when an Error Response TTIU is received;
d) added the sending of a cancel message from PTT_R to the PTT_SCx state
machines if an unsupported or reserved value is received in the Training
Control word;
