Agenda:
Discuss proposed content for SFF-8636 (Common Management Interface) and
SFF-8449 (Mini Multilane Series Management Interface). SFF-8436 (QSFP+ Copper
and Optical Transceiver) is to be used as a basis for SFF-8636.
Discussion:
Barry Olawsky (hp) presented a draft of the lower page 00 memory map
including new parameters for SAS. One participant noted that version 3.4 of
SFF8636 had assigned locations 8, 19-21, 30-33, 66-81 and 105-106 to vendor
specific from reserved. Barry took an action item to investigate the change.
