Fred Knights proposal 09-099r1 to add a new status named GOOD WITH SENSE
has met with some confusion and complaints internal to IBM. I believe
that the confusion and complaints can mostly be addressed by changing the
name. As seen by George's proposal to use this, the data returned is not
sense data. The current name implies that sense data is returned with
GOOD status. In reality, what is returned is information that needs to be
defined for each use of it. Thus, a better name would be something like
GOOD WITH INFORMATION.
