Clarification on MAXIMUM CONNECT TIME LIMIT field

Quick correction to my text below, the initiator MAY set the timer; however,
if it uses the timer, it is to:
"initialize the Maximum Connect Time Limit timer as specified in table 162
(see 8.2.3.1);"
And table 166 does not have the appropriate wording.

Subject: Clarification on MAXIMUM CONNECT TIME LIMIT field
Table 166 of SAS2r14f only discusses the initial value of the timer for this
in SSP and STP for a target; however, in 8.2.3.4.1 the text clearly states
that if there is a value in the target for this timer then the initiator
shall use that value for the time limit when it enters the connected state. 
Table 166 should be updated with two additional entries for this timer value.
