The 06-451r1 proposal has been posted. Along with the fixes in rev 0, it 
contains the changes to all the state machines to accommodate the NOTIFY 
(Power Loss Expected). It effects the link layer, port layer, transport 
layer, and SCSI application layer. In addition it requires changes to 
SAM-4.
