The S-param data posted in 05-398ro for 6m cable assembly have
difficulties in phase extrapolation to DC.
While PMC-Sierra was able to resolve this with in house software, we
recommend Molex to generate another set of S-parameters.
This will allow to use industry wide tools such as Spectre, StatEye, and
so on... without producing questionable results in time domain
