I have posted two more revisions of the Log Subpages proposal.

During the last T10 meeting cycle (March) we worked on this proposal in
CAP. I had the feeling that it would have been accepted had we voted on
it, but I was not ready to move it yet, as I needed to check back to
make sure all the changes were OK. I have checked back and the changes
are acceptable.

We did notice that we had inadvertently left no way to reset all log
pages and all subpages. This has been corrected in 04-389r4 by adding
one row to the table. Any changes I have made since CAP worked on it
are highlighted in Magenta.

Additionally, there seems to be a conflict between the PCR bit and the
PC field in SPC-3r22a when Parameter List Length is set to zero. An
attempt to resolve this has been made in 04-389r5 - again new changes
are in magenta.

If there is no desire to resolve the issue discussed in 04-389r5 then I
will move 04-389r4. If there is a desire to resolve it, then we can
work with 04-389r5. Given the conflict between the PCR bit and the PC
field it is possible that various vendors have implemented differently
and therefore, we may decide not to clarify.

Thanks,
