Comment on SAS 1.1 rev 9 editor's notes

The SAS 1.1 version that was placed into letter ballot contains several
editors notes (i.e., labeled in the SAS 1.1. rev 9 as editor's note 1
through  editor's note 11). The comments stated in those editor's notes
are strictly to opinion of document editor not that of the T10
committee. 

The information questioned by those editor's notes is exactly what was
accepted by the T10 committee using the standard procedures for
accepting proposals into a standard. This has been verified by the
authors of the accepted proposal.
