A question about the SSP state machine: There is currently no exit
condition from the SP_TF4 state.  It appears that there should be an
exit to SP_TF1 when a DONE transmitted message is received, and a
Transmitted DONE() message is sent to the port layer.  Also, should this
state be exited to SP_TF1 when an Enable Disable SSP (Disable) message
is received?
