Hi Henry,
I have responded to each item separately.

Bill

Hello Bill,

I agree with some of Kenji Tokumitsu's statements (#1, #4, #5, #6)

OK on #1, #4 and #5.
Check #6 again. The MMC-4 table is consistent with Fuji5.

#2, #3 -- I believe it is acceptable to have these settings. There is
plenty of precendent for features which have sections that are updated
based
on currently inserted medium. Some of these features from MMC3 include:
* Random Readable (Blocking, Logical Block Size)
* Random Writable (Blocking, Logical Block Size, Last Logical Block
Address)
* Incremental Streaming Writable (Number of Link Sizes)
etc., etc.

Thanks. This is tradition vs technical viability.

I have not looked at #7 in detail yet; I have no strong opinion for #8,
and
look forward to hearing the discussion.

See my responses to Mr Tokumitsu.

In addition, Table 374 needs to update the new format code "11" to be
"11h"
for consistency.

Sincerely,

Henry Gabryjelski
