  Does it say anywhere in the SAS std. draft that when you look at a table 
like "Table-72 SSP Frame Format", "time increases down the table" i.e. byte0 
is received first then byte1 etc.?  That wording with the other bit & byte 
ordering pictures would make it clear that in a DWord bits 31-24 represent 
byte0 in the SSP frame.
