I have some editorial comments regarding the inclusion of T10/02-254r5
"WWNs for WLUNs" in SPC-3.

"WWNs for WLUNs" changed the description of the type 0h association,
shown in Table 271 SPC-3 rev 10, from:

"The IDENTIFIER field is associated with the addressed physical or
logical device."

To:

"The IDENTIFIER field is associated with the addressed logical unit."

That is fine, but a corresponding change is also needed in the paragraph
above Table 269. The last sentence in that paragraph currently reads:

If a physical or logical device returns an Identification descriptor
with the ASSOCIATION field set to 0h, it shall return the same
descriptor when it is accessed through any other path.

This should be:

If a logical unit returns an Identification descriptor with the
ASSOCIATION field set to 0h, it shall return the same descriptor when it
is accessed through any other path.

I would also suggest that this sentence should be moved above Table 268,
near the new paragraph that describes target device IDs, so that all of
the general statements about device identifier requirements are grouped
together.

Finally, the first sentence in the paragraph above Table 269 says:

Each Identification descriptor (see table 269) contains information
identifying the logical unit, physical device, or access path used by
the command and returned parameter data.

I believe that "physical device," should be stricken from this sentence.

Thanks.
