If a Target does not have a LUN with a
capacity greater than 32 bits can it
reject any and all CDBs with the LONGLBA
parameter bit set with ILLEGAL REQUEST?

Will the standard INQUIRY data format be
modified in the future so a Target can
indicate whether or not it supports
LONGLBA.
